Can you turn off the LinkedIn video feed and autoplay on iPhone? (2026)

You can stop LinkedIn videos from playing on their own, but you can't remove the video feed. For autoplay, tap your profile photo › Settings & Privacy › Account preferences, then under General Preferences tap Autoplay Videos and choose Never autoplay videos. The full-screen vertical video feed, which opens from Video in the bottom navigation bar or when you tap a video in your feed, has no off switch: LinkedIn's help says there are no options to customize it, and we found no setting that hides the Video tab. LinkedIn also says there is no toggle for the auto-looping of videos under 30 seconds. If you want the video feed gone, minulo opens LinkedIn's website with the video feed and games hidden, for free.

Can you hide the LinkedIn video feed?

Not in LinkedIn's settings, as far as we could find. LinkedIn calls it the full-screen vertical video experience. On the mobile app you enter it by tapping Video in the navigation bar at the bottom, by tapping any video in your feed, or from Videos for you in the feed. Inside, you swipe up for more videos and leave with the Back arrow or another tab.

LinkedIn's help says the feed is chosen by the quality and relevance of videos and that there are no options to customize it. It also says the full-screen feed, the video tab and the video carousel may not be available to all members, and that the video tab and carousel are not on the desktop site.

Why short videos keep looping

LinkedIn says that, for now, there is no on/off toggle for auto-looping on videos under 30 seconds. Turning off autoplay changes whether videos start on their own as you scroll. It is not described as stopping the loop once a short video is playing.

Limit LinkedIn with Screen Time

On iOS 26, go to Settings › Screen Time › App Limits › Add Limit, choose LinkedIn and set a daily time. Apple notes that by default, Screen Time limits can be ignored once they are reached. This limits the whole app, so messages and job search stop with the video feed.

Hide the video feed with minulo

minulo is an iPhone app that opens LinkedIn's website inside the app. Tap Add a service, choose LinkedIn, then tap the gear next to LinkedIn and turn on Hide the video feed and games. Hide suggested posts is there too, and you can hide the news feed entirely if you only use LinkedIn for messages and jobs. Messages, notifications, jobs and the feed open straight from the minulo home screen. Hiding is free.

If you keep opening the official LinkedIn app, minulo can lock it with Screen Time, free for up to 2 hours per block.
